This website is owned and operated by Ixia Studio. Our studio is based in Australia. All our products are handmade and sold in accordance with Australian consumer law.

  • All items are handmade and may contain slight variations. Photos aim to represent products as accurately as possible.
  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
  • Quantities are limited. Availability is not guaranteed until the purchase is confirmed.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • We accept payments via secure methods including PayPal and major credit cards.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of checkout. Orders are not processed until payment is received in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Australia and selected international locations.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is entered.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Customers)

If you are ordering from the EU, please note:

  • You may be liable for VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These are not included in your purchase price and are your responsibility.
  • We comply with current EU rules for distance selling. As a microbusiness not established in the EU, we do not collect EU VAT on your behalf unless required by specific thresholds or platforms.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, due to the handmade nature of our products.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
