At Ixia Studio, we take great care to ensure your order is processed and delivered efficiently and safely, wherever you are in the world.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Selected European countries

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included.


Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 3–5 business days.

On rare occasions, an item may be temporarily out of stock but not yet marked as such on the website. If this happens, we’ll contact you via email with an updated estimated processing timeframe.


Shipping Timeframes

Once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
  • Once dispatched, your parcel’s journey is managed by Australia Post.
  • You will receive a tracking number with every order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on flat rates and will be displayed at checkout.

We offer tiered flat rate shipping depending on the destination and parcel weight. For example:

  • Any shipping rates quoted on the site (outside the checkout) refer to the first weight tier (e.g. parcels up to 250g).
  • If your order exceeds a flat rate weight limit, the checkout will automatically calculate the appropriate rate for your parcel.

Packaging & Insurance

We take every precaution to ensure your order is securely packaged to protect it from damage during transit.

If you would like to purchase additional postal insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can arrange a custom invoice with the adjusted total.


Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ixia Studio. We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [Your Contact Email] with photos and a description of the issue.

We will provide a full refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost to you.

Return shipping for faulty or damaged goods will be covered by us.


2. Consumer Rights in Other Countries

We ship internationally, and your rights may vary depending on your location.

In the European Union (EU), consumers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (“cooling-off period”) and are entitled to a full refund, including standard delivery charges. Return shipping costs may be the consumer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

In the United States and Canada, consumer protection laws vary by state/province. Generally, sellers are not required to accept change of mind returns unless stated in the policy.

We will always endeavor to provide fair and reasonable customer service in line with local laws and customs.


3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned items.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed.

Shipping fees (original delivery charges) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


5. How to Return an Item

6. Change of Mind Returns

As an Australian-based seller, under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if you wish to return a product simply because you changed your mind, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured return shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

7. Other Important Information

We are not responsible for delays or losses incurred during the return shipping process.

If a returned item is not received or is damaged in transit, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
